Moreno Valley isn't just where David lives. It's home.
For more than 40 years, David and his family have called District 2 home. They moved here before Moreno Valley officially became a city, raised three children here, and built a life rooted in family, service, and community involvement.
David has served as a coach, Scout leader, animal rescue volunteer, small business owner, contractor, and Planning Commissioner. He believes strong communities are built by people who show up, listen, and give back.
