More than four decades in Moreno Valley. A family raised here. A career built on service, responsibility, and practical problem-solving.
Deep Roots
Moreno Valley has been home for more than 40 years.
David and his wife moved to Moreno Valley before it officially became a city, pursuing the dream of owning a home, having room for horses, and raising a family.
They raised three children here and watched Moreno Valley grow through decades of change. David has seen development bring opportunity, but he has also seen the pressure growth can put on traffic, neighborhoods, public safety, open space, and infrastructure.
That long perspective is a major reason he is running for City Council. David believes Moreno Valley can continue to grow while protecting the quality of life residents value.

His contracting and business background gives him experience with budgets, jobs, permits, regulations, timelines, and the importance of making decisions that work in the real world.
Service Manager
David also worked as a service advisor and service manager at a local GMC dealership, where accountability, communication, problem-solving, and customer service were part of the job every day.
Community Service
Showing up has always mattered.
David's community involvement began long before he considered running for office.
He has been a baseball coach, softball coach, Girl Scout leader, Boy Scout leader, Eagle Scout, horse owner and local riding club member, animal rescue volunteer and foster, and an active participant in local civic issues.
David and his family have rescued and fostered hundreds of dogs, cats, and horses over the years. That work reflects the same value he wants to bring to City Hall: compassion paired with action.
Family & Community
David and his wife raised three children in Moreno Valley. Their family story is closely tied to the city's story, and David believes public service should always begin with respect for the people who call the community home.
His goal: continue serving as a voice, advocate, and neighbor for District 2.
